What is accounts service?
Account service is the process of buying and selling of game accounts. When a customer is tired of playing their class or game, they sell us their account and we then resell the account. The benefit of Account Services is that it's instant and the characters are normally well seasoned with some great gear.
Is this service against the game user agreements?
Sadly yes. Most game companies do not allow the transfer of characters or accounts to other people. If caught, the punishment can be up to account closure.
What do you do if the account is closed?
All of our accounts are sold with a 1 Year Account Safety & Quality Guarantee and in the event an account is closed due to negligence on our computers behalf. We will grant you a one time account exchange, in which you may browse through our inventory of accounts and select 1 account up to equal value of your original purchase.
Prior to us granting you the one time account exchange, we will conduct an investigation into the reason for the closure. This will generally include us contacting the game company and requesting the reason they decided to close the account. If the purpose of their closure is due to your negligence then all warranties and guarantees are void.
Negligence includes such actions but not limited to: Account Sharing (Sharing your account with any other person), Exploitation of the Economy (Buying or Selling Currency), Hacks, Botting or anything that would break the game companies User Agreement.
We take great pride in providing the safest accounts and best customer service in the industry will not tolerate being taken advantage of. In the event that the closure is valid and the cause of the closure was negligence by our company and not on your part, we will issue you a 1 time account exchange as described above.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All sales are finial and no refunds, exchanges or trades will be given. We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime and grant a refund at that time.
How do you deliver the account to me?
Once your order has been approved, the accounts login and password among other details are emailed to you. Please make sure that forsaken-farmers.com is added to your allow list on any junk mail filters.
How fast is the order delivered?
Delivery is usually within minutes of approval. The approval process can vary depending on accuracy of billing information.
Can I transfer the character onto a new account?
If you plan on transferring the character onto account in your name then no, as most companies require the first and last name to match. Since this is very unlikely it would be impossible to transfer the character onto an account you already created.
We recommend purchasing one of our custom premade account services, this way the account is created in your name.
Can I transfer the character onto another server?
Yes and if you need assistance, please let us know.
Is there any risk with me using my own credit card for subscriptions?
We recommend not using your credit card when paying for subscriptions and using game cards only.
What all do I get when I purchase an account?
When you purchase one of our accounts, we will email you: Account Login, Account Password, Character Name and Characters Server.
Can I change the email account and other contact info on the account?
For security reasons it is always best to never change the account information on an account, unless it has been compromised. We take great pride in securing every account we sell and by changing the information you jeopardize that security.
What is the difference between a Premade Account and Secure Account?
Premade accounts are the safest accounts you can purchase on the market. Premade accounts are created by companies for resell and have little to no history outside of being leveled. In our case, we buy retail keys and using a proprietary method, we create the accounts, level them and post them for resell.
Secure or Pre-Owned accounts are generally accounts that another gamer no longer wants and decides to sell or trade it. The only issue with used accounts is that a 3rd party knows all of the account information and the history of the account is unknown. This sometimes can lead to issues for the new owner, especial if the previous owner changes their mind and steals the account back.
What is a recall?
Recall is a term used by the Account Service industry, when a pervious owner steals an account back they sold. This is a common issue with Pre-Owned or used accounts and why premade accounts are far superior when it comes to safety.
Do you offer buy backs or trades?
We are sorry but we do not buy used accounts, even if they are one of our premades. Please check our Sell Accounts page for a recommend company to sell the account too.
If I want to sell the account, can you give me all of the account information?
Sure you are welcome to contact us and request that we mail you the rest of the account information. This will void any warranties or guarantees with the account as the accounts security would now be compromised and you will need to pay for shipping. After paying for shipping it will generally take 3-5 Business days to receive the package containing the account information.
