General Faqs
1. Is Forsaken-Farmers a legal and legitimate business?
Yes, we are registered in Washington State and have been incorporated since June 20th 2007. If you would like to check for yourself you can search for us: Washington Business DoL - Search.

2. What form of payments do you accept?
We accept Western Union, Credit Card, eCheck and PayPal payments. For our Western Union Customers, please contact: support@forsaken-farmers.com for payment information. All payments must be made in full prior to us starting on your order. This means if you pay by eCheck, we will wait till it clears before we will start your order.

3. Do you price match?
Sorry, we do not offer price matching. We believe our product is far superior to anything our competition has to offer and at a very affordable price. Our competition that does offer a cheaper product or service are accomplishing this by the use of bots, hacks or some other form of cheating.

4. Do you accept trades or exchanges?
Sorry, we do not accept trades or exchanges for any of our services or products.

5. How do I cancel my order and get a refund?
If you would like to cancel your order, just contact: support@forsaken-farmers.com with your order # and that you wish to cancel your order. We will then process your cancellation and you'll receive an email with your refund request amount. Please log into our website and accept the refund and we'll normally have it processed within 24 hours.

6. Why have I not received my refund yet?
After we've processed your refund, PayPal can take up to 30 days to refund your money back into your bank account or Credit Card. Many times the hold up is that your original payment has not been fully processed yet and PayPal has not received the money from your Credit Card or Bank. Once PayPal receives the funds, they will then process the credit back to your bank or credit card.

7. I cancelled my order but you still billed me?
All of our transactions are processed by PayPal and PayPal will wait for the money to clear before refunding you. So you will normally see a charge and then shortly after a credit.

8. Where is Forsaken-Farmers located?
We have offices in the United States and China.

9. What are Forsaken-Farmers business hours?
Forsaken-Farmers runs 24 hours a day.

10. What are Forsaken-Farmers Customer Service Agents hours?
Our websites Live Support staff normally works between 5PM to 5AM Pacific Standard Time. Several of our United States executives are online from 7AM to 8PM Pacific Standard Time and can be contacted on their AIM or MSN accounts. Powerleveling Faqs
1. If I use your service will my account get closed or suspended?
With most of the game manufactures, sharing your account or paying someone to advance your character breaks the user agreement. If caught they will sometimes suspend or close your account depending on the EULA or Terms of Service or Use. Majority of the time the reason your account is suspended or closed is because the company playing your account is using a bot, spamming or doing some unethical behavior.

When you choose to use our service, this is something you will not need to worry about. We will never use bots, spam advertisements or some other inappropriate action that would increase the risk to your account. As there is already a risk with you sharing your account, our goal is to go unnoticed and complete your order as safe as possible.

2. Do you use bots, exploits, cheats or hacks?
We will never use bots, exploits, cheats, hacks or anything that may cause your account to be closed. There is no need for these methods and any reputable company would never use such techniques as they are the root to most closures. We believe in good old fashion questing and hand playing.

3. Will my character have any items or gold after the service is over?
We will never take any items or gold from your account. We will spend gold as we play and buy new gear and skills to help with the leveling process. Your character will normally be full of quest items and have more gold then we when started.

4. Will you give me a bad reputation and kicked out of my guild?
There is nothing worst then getting your account back after waiting what's seemed like months to find out you've been kicked from your guild and now known as a "farmer" or "Ebayer".

We know how it feels to be called a "Farmer" and the bad stigma that branding brings. This is something you don't need to worry about because we are some of the best gamers in the industry. We know how to blend in and behave like an experienced gamer and not some noob that just jumped on a class they've never played.

5. What are my options, if you get my account suspended during service?
If we are currently working on your order and your account is suspended, we will offer you 2 options.

1. Continue with the service:
A. You can transfer the character onto a new account (if the game allows this) and we will then continue the order.
B. After the suspension is up, you can choose for us to continue on the same account. But this option runs a high risk of being caught again and the account being permanently closed. If closed, you will ONLY receive a partial refund, with accordance to our refund and cancelation policies.

2. You can choose to accept a partial refund.

6. What is your refund policy for powerleveling and account sharing services?
Very simply, if your account is suspended or you wish to cancel your order after we've started. You will be issued a refund request, minus any work already completed on the order. An example is:

24-70 Custom WoW Powerleveling Order: at level 52 you are suspended or want to cancel. We will use our custom PL calculator to determine the cost for the 24-52 work and then subtract that from the total.

Our system automatically sends you an email and requests that you accept or deny the refund amount. If you wish to continue with the service, instead of the partial refund you are welcome to deny the amount and let us know your request.

7. How do I know you are not botting and really playing by hand?
Since bots can not quest or only able to do very basic quests, you will notice that your quest log is full of quests. That we have many quest items and a lot of reputation gains, also that we are leveling really fast. This is because questing is the fastest way to level. While bots just grind in the same area for hours on end, we'll be all over the place completing quests and leveling super fast.

8. You are leveling to fast will this get my account flagged?
What is fast to one person is slow to another. You may be surprised to hear that the average speed of completing a 1-60 WoW PL is 4-6 days /played. But when you check into the world records there are reports of less then 48 hours hitting 60! So do not worry and this is another reason why we only play 12-16 hours per day.

9. How many hours per day do you play? I never see you online.
Depending on the type of order you purchased the hours vary. Our "Low Risk" service is only 2-8 hours a day /played in-game and is to simulate regular gamers daily hours. Our "Secure Speed" service is for your industry standard fast leveling service. We only play 12-16 hours in-game a day because we are so fast, that anything more could risk your account being flagged for leveling to fast. Plus even the most hard core gamers don't play more then 12-16 hours daily.


Game Cards, Keys and Codes Faqs
1. How do you deliver the Game Card or Codes?
We will email you a scanned picture of the game card, cd-key or code that shows the key or code.

2. How long do I have to wait to receive my email after I place the order?
When you place the order, we have to process it and then create the image and email it to you. This can be sometimes as fast as 5 minutes to an hour possibly more. If you have not received your email within 12 hours, please check your junk mail filter and spam folders because sometimes they will block our emails. You can also contact: support@forsaken-farmers.com to have it resent.

3. Are your cards in stock?
We try and never run out of stock on any of the products we sell. We normally will stay ahead of sales and keep several hundred of each popular item in stock at all times. If we do manage to run out of stock on an item, we will remove it from our list.

4. Do you give a discount for bulk orders?
If you would like to order more then 100 of a single product, please contact: support@forsaken-farmers.com and he'll be able to work with you on a discount for the bulk orders. The larger the order the bigger the discount and all bulk orders are required to pay by Western Union.


In-game Currency Faqs
1. I placed an order for gold, so how long do I have to wait to get it?
Depending on the amount of gold we have in stock, we may be able to deliver it in a few minutes. But there are times when there is a high demand for your server or our supplier's accounts have been banned and we are low or sold out. If that's the case it could take 24 to 48 hours to complete your order. So it's a good idea if time is important to you to contact our Live Support staff for a status on your server.

2. I only received part of my order, are you trying to scam me?
We are sorry that we couldn't complete your order in one delivery but we will be contacting you shortly to complete your order. Sometimes we do not have enough gold on 1 account to complete your order, so we'll have to make multiple deliveries till your order is complete. If you have any concerns please contact our Live Support staff and they can answer any of your questions.

3. I received an email that my gold order is ready but no one has contacted me, what's up?
We had your order ready for delivery last night but you wanted to do Face 2 Face trade and you weren't online. So we emailed you hoping you would come online before we closed. We are sorry that we missed you and could you please contact us tonight when we open (5PM PST) to setup delivery.

4. How safe is mailing wow gold?
Mailing wow gold is fairly safe if done with small orders. The issue is you never know when blizzard will delete it from your mailbox. But once on your account it is safe and you don't need to worry about loosing it.
