Forsaken-Farmers is an American Company based in Washington State, we offer services and products for Massively Multiplayer Online games like Blizzards' World of Warcraft. We specialize in "Powerleveling" but also offer many other services and products for many games. Forsaken-Farmers was founded by Chad Seaunier in our Lacey, Washington Head Quarters office in early 2007. Since then we have grown to be a diverse company with offices & staff throughout the United States, China & Canada.
We get this question far too often and it's really disappointing that in this industry the fraud rate is so high that customers can't even trust the sites that they are looking to buy services from. Below is a link to our Washington Business license & Secretary of State Registration:

We use PayPal, Google Checkout & Western Union as our payment processing systems and support any of the payment methods they support. All 3 systems support credit cards for your convenience.
Our reputation speaks for itself and we actually care about our customers. Being that most of us are gamers to include our founder, we think of our company as a big guild & community of gamers all playing the games we love. We are here to just give you that edge or boost when you want it.
There is no pressure to buy and we would never want to force you to do something you are not comfortable with. This is why we have taken the time to create useful and informative FAQs, so you can make the decision that's right for you.
When a refund is due, we generally will attempt to process the refund within 24 hours. But due to security restrictions and sometimes technical issues with Google or PayPal it could take several days before you receive the credit from them. If you have not received a refund within 10 business days after a refund has been processed. Please contact us and we can contact our Account Managers with Google & PayPal to try and resolve any issues they may have on their part. If you made a purchase via Western Union you will only receive in store credit as a refund, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
Our cancelation policy varies by service, so please check the mini FAQs for complete details about cancelation policies for each service. Some services have no refunds, exchanges or cancelations so it's very important that you understand and agree to the policies before you make a purchase.
We are sorry but we do not accept trades or exchanges of products or service for any of the services or products we offer. We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause but we prefer all payments made in cash and up front through our website.
We also do not price match as we believe our services are far superior to anything any other company offers. We are one of the industry leaders and many companies will follow our lead and low ball our prices but can not match the quality or reliability of our services. We continue to push the industry to improve as our customers come to expect a higher quality of service.
Internet Explorer 6 reports a security warning that you can safely ignore when we transfer your browser from a secure page to a non-secure page. When you login, your information is protected by a secure page to prevent other people from being able to see it. However, once the login process is completed, we redirect you to a non-secure page, since there is no more sensitive information. This warning can safely be ignored. For a better and safer browsing experience, we encourage you to upgrade to a more recent version of Internet Explorer, or install Firefox.
We listened to your concerns and while developing our new systems, we make a major change to our order processing. You ONLY give us your account information after you pay for the order!
I know this might seem strange as everyone else requests your account information once you add a package to the cart. But why should you give your information unless you’ve paid for the order!
So after you pay for your order, you will receive and email, be redirected to our site to enter your account information or you can follow these steps:
1. Log into your FSF Account
2. Click on “Review Your Orders”
3. Click on “View Order” of your new order
4. Now click the link to enter your account information.
You are now all set!
