What is this service, game cards and keys?

We sell the game cards, CD-Keys, point cards and time cards for many of the online games and the Xbox. This is a fairly recent addition to the virtual goods services but it's grown into a very popular service. It's really driving by a pure matter of convenience, so those late nights that you run out of game time and the local store is closed. You can jump onto our website and purchase the game card you need and get back into your game.


Does this service put my account at any risk?

No, there is no risk with buying game cards or keys as this is an authorized service that all game companies allow. We buy our software direct from the game companies or wholesalers and it's no different then you buying the codes from your local store.


How is this delivered?

We email you an image of the card showing the activation code or sometimes just the #'s. Soon we'll have an automated system that just sends you the key to your FSF account.


How fast is this delivered?

As of right now, all orders are processed manually and only a limited # of people have access to the keys. So the processing can be as short as 15mins to several hours depending on how busy we are and available.


It's been several hours and I haven't received my code and it says my order is completed, what's going on?

One of the big issues with emailing the codes is, spam filters many times block our email and so please check your spam and junk mail folders. Also be looking for a yahoo account as we normally will send the keys via a yahoo account as it's less likely to be blocked.

If you are still unable to find the email with the attached code, please contact us and we'll resend the code.


What is your cancellation and refund policy on game cards and keys?

You are welcome to cancel your order prior to us completing the order. The order is considered completed as soon as we send the order out. This could be by email or our sites message system, once the order is sent it is considered as completed.

As long as your order has not been sent out, then we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. Otherwise once an order has been sent there are no refunds or returns on any game cards or keys purchases.


I got my code but it is not working. Can you help me?

Yes, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you with resolving the issue. There are situations that we may need to log into your game account to enter the key for you. So please help us by allowing us to do this.
