What is Powerleveling?

Powerleveling has many different definitions but in our case, it's the process of leveling a character really fast. We use our extensive knowledge and experience of playing the games we support, that we are able to level more efficiently then the average gamer. Combine that with the amount of hours we play per session, we are able to level at amazing speeds.


What makes you different then everyone else when it comes to powerleveling?

We just do it better!

Our about us page really tells the story but we are dedicated to offering our customers best the industry has to offer and reinventing the powerleveling industry. Most sites use bots or no talent, cheap labor and that's what you've come to accept. With expectations set so low, these companies have become giants, opening the doors for companies like us providing high quality services.

It's time for a change and we are the change that the industry has been waiting for. We are here to stay and offer our customers something they never knew existed. The difference is in our quality of service, reliability and honesty.


Do you use hacks or exploits?

No, we are very much against the use of hacks or exploits as this jeopardizes your account and our goal is to blend in and go unnoticed. Exploits and hacks generally cause a lot of unwanted attention and usually end up with in-game reports and your account closed something we do not want to happen.


Is there a risk to my account, when buying a powerleveling service?

Yes, most games do not support "sharing" your account, let alone you hiring someone to level your character for you. If caught most companies have a different degree's of punishments. Most offer "account suspension" normally a few hours to a few days, in which you can not play your account during this time frame. After the time frame is up, you get your account back as if nothing ever happened.

Other companies like Blizzard Ent. with their game World of Warcraft, normally gives you (1) Suspension and a Final Warning after that they will close your account permanently.

So please keep this in mind when you are buying a powerleveling service that if caught there is a punishment up to possibly account closure. If your account is closed, we will do everything within our power to help you get your account reopened, but sadly there is no guarantee that we can.


How do you prevent my account from being suspended or closed?

We are sorry but the only 100% guarantee to prevent your account from not being suspended or closed is to just not break any of the games rules. This includes not buying gold, accounts, powerleveling, etc... anything that breaks their rules. Also most of the game companies have clauses that state they can terminate service at anytime for no reason.

So there is no 100% guarantee way to stop suspensions or closures. Sites that guarantee "No Bans" or "No Closures" have some kind of gimmick, play on words or are flat out lying.


What does Forsaken-Farmers do to help reduce the risk of suspension or closure?

It is all about risk management and reducing as many known flags that could cause your account to be investigated. Majority of our competition does not care about your account and they mainly use your account to farm gold, transfer, launder or mule gold to other customers. By doing these things they put your account at greater risk of suspension or closure. To top it off they are overseas and do not have to abide to United States Laws and can steal, cheat and scam their customers. This is why the industry has a horrible reputation.

Forsaken-Farmers on the other hand is an American Company, based in Washington State and required to abide United States Laws and regulations. Plus our founder and CEO is an avid gamer and plays majority of the games we offer. Our company's heart is always that of the gaming community and we do as much as we can to reduce the risk and will never use a customer's account in an unethical way.


What can I do to help reduce the risk of suspension or closure?

The following is some great tips in helping to reduce the risk of account sharing detection:

Let your account sit idle for 12 hours prior to ordering a powerleveling.

Wait 24 hours after a powerleveling has completed, to change your password and log into your account.

Do not log into your game account via: Forums, Admin Page, Game Client, Battle.net Account or anything controlled by the game company. There is no reason to log you're your game account during service as this will case a Fast IP change.

Do not speak to staff in-game. We have many forms of communication and there is no reason to interrupt our staff in-game and this could pose a security risk.

If your character is very well known, you might want to let your close friends know that a friend is going to be playing your toon. They want to check out the class to see if they want to roll one.

If your account is suspended or closed NEVER email the company right back. Speak with us first as we know what and what not to say and do. Let the experts handle the situation because many times you can make things worst.


What is Forsaken-Farmers refund and cancellation policy for powerleveling services?

You are welcome to stop or cancel an order at anytime but this does not entitle you to a refund. You may or may not be eligible for a refund depending on the services' refund policy. We also reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime for any reason and terminate service. Please review our companies Terms and conditions policy for complete details.


What happens if my account is suspended or closed?

First off we need to address if this is a valid notice or a fraudulent one, as there are many schemes that scammers use and fake suspension, closure notices are one. So first thing is to contact us and do not reply to the email you received. We are the experts and here to help you through this process.

A few things we will need from you are:

Do not copy / paste the email into a new message, we need the original email!

In the meantime, we'll see if we can still log into your account and if the account is indeed suspended or closed. If it is determined that this is a valid suspension or closure notice we will then we will go to the next step. Otherwise if it's a fake email, the case closed, delete the email and we'll continue with your order.

If the account is indeed suspended, the best thing to do is to not reply back, as suspensions are just a warning. In most cases, when replying back to a suspension notice, this can cause the suspension to be changed to a closure. We do not know why they choose to do this, but in our experience it is best to just ignore the suspensions notices.

Now after a suspension there are a few options available depending on the service you ordered and the game. The possible options are:

1. You can choose to cancel your order.

2. You can choose to continue your order after the suspension is up on the same account. Now if you do decide to continue after the suspension, there is a chance you could be suspended again or possibly have your account closed.

3. Some games allow you to transfer your character onto a new account. If your game allows this, you can choose, at your expense, to transfer the character onto another or new account. Many times, this will give you 1 more suspension as long as the other account has never been suspended before. We will then continue the order on the new account after the transfer has completed.

4. If you have another account with a character close to the current level of the character that just got suspended. We can continue your order on the other character on the other account.

Now if your account is closed prior to us completing the order, we will do everything we can to help you get the closure reversed or dropped to a suspension. We can not guarantee that the game company will reverse the account closure, but we have had good success. In the mean time while we are helping you with trying to reverse the closure there are a few options available, depending on the service you ordered.

The possible options are:

1. You can choose to cancel your order:

2. If you have another account with a character close to the current level of the character that just got closed. We can continue your order on the other character on the other account.

The good news is closures are extremely rare, the normal process for most game companies is to give you a warning and suspension first prior to a closure.


How come I never see you online and playing my character?

We roughly play between 10-16 hours a day and our hours vary as we allow our staff to work flexible hours. As you might know, playing games for hours on end every day can be very exhausting and unhealthy. This is why we allow our staff to work their own hours and take as many breaks as they need, while maintaining a steady progression. Please don't be alarmed if you do not see our staff online and this is why we give you daily updates and an open line of communication.


I just had a Powerleveling completed and really want another toon leveled. Is this ok or what do you recommend?

Depending on the game it is normally ok to have a new toon leveled but if the game allows you to transfer a character from one account to another account. Then your best option is to always use an alt account.

An alt account is an account you use to level alternate characters, once the character is completed, you then transfer that character to your main account. This is the perfect scenario as you are gaining the benefit of a powerleveling service, without the risk of loosing everything you've achieved so far. So if at all possible, always go with an alt account to level new characters and with today's prices for keys there is no excuse not to. :D


How long till you start my powerleveling order?

We generally start all powerleveling orders within 2-12 hours of purchase. When you go to make your purchase, you'll notice we ask the last time you logged into your account. We prefer to have at least 6 hours of idle time and so we generally will let the order sit for up to 12 hours. Now there are times when the games servers are having maintenance and they are offline, so we'll have to wait a tad bit longer. But generally all orders start within 12 hours of purchase. You'll receive and email once we start your order.
